Ch & Ir Ch S. Buddy Holly successfully made his way to Sydney, Australia to spend some time with Christophe and Leanne Duval, and he's won the group each time he's shown - a result! Not only this but he has gone one better a taken out his first BEST IN SHOW under hound expert Wayne Douglas. An exciting time ahead for the combination of Buddy & Leanne! He can now add AUST CH to his career!

A few more CC's to add to the #teamsoletrader dogs! Darlington we took a team of five, each winning their respective classes, and then Ch & Ir Ch S. Buddy Holly takes his 4th CC & BOB before he takes a holiday to Australia soon! Bitch CC went to his half sister S. Judigarland - her first! And then the RCC to Deli!
A week later it was back t'up North again to Driffield where S. Valentino Rossi & Judi take their second CC's, and Ch Buzz & Rita take both RCC's! Judi BOB.
Then across the water with Magic Mike after a break and he takes another BIS at Belfast Ch Sh!
City of Birmingham & Richmond!
Following on from Bournemouth's clean sweep, at City of Birmingham under judge Brian Foster, brought another CC for Annie Mac on her return from California, and a second CC for Oslo! Venice & Deli also won their respective classes! Annie Mac beat her half brother for BOB, whilst Oslo took Best Junior and JUNIOR GROUP 1 under Patsy Hollings!
At Richmond a week later, Oslo takes his third and crowning CC, making him now Ch Soletrader Only In Oslo (subject to KC confirmation), whilst sister Paris adds a RCC to her collection. Oslo wasn't the only star of the day though! The veteran of the team, Ch Soletrader Louis Vuitton wins Best Veteran in Breed, and then smashes out a Hound Veteran Group 1!

East of England 2019. Soletrader Buzz Aldrin at Bondlea takes his FIRST CC!
Houndshow 2019. Litter siblings Oslo & Deli take both their first CC's under well respected judge Patsy Hollings! RCC went to Beatrix Potter
Leeds 2019. Buzz takes his second and Oslo & Deli's sister Paris takes her first CC!
Moving to August in Bournemouth. A complete #teamsoletrader takeover..! Under judge Tom Johnston, Buzz takes his third and crowning CC whilst his half sister Paris takes her second. Oslo and Rita both take the RCC and Rita's kids Stan & Patsy take Best Puppy in Sex with Patsy beating her brother for BPIB! We believe this is the first time Soletrader has taken every single top accolade and class!
June.
A trip up to beautiful Kelso mid-June to Border Union where Magic Mike topped the hound group and then went on to RBIS under Mark James! He's got a bit of a record at this show - 2 RBIS & 1 BIS!
His son Buddy Holly recently returned back to the UK from his year trip with Cathy Neill and after his fabulous year taking Irish Top Dog All Breeds 2018 he finished his UK championship in style at the famous Windsor show. Under judge Jeff Horswell he received his final CC to become CH & IR CH SOLETRADER BUDDY HOLLY, and then topped the breed by taking BOB in a good entry. Not wanting to be left out, Soletrader Freddie Mercury, owned by Gemma McCartney, takes the RCC, BPIB & PG4, and Soletrader Langham Rose with Overbecks, owned by Lynne Scott takes the bitch RCC! Also, Soletrader Louis Vuitton takes BVIB AGAIN!

TWO MORE CC's to add to Magic Mike's record and a group placing at Bath means he's still leading the Top PBGV title for 2019!
The Rita kids had another outing, to Bath this time, both winning Best Puppy in Sex with Freddie then beating his sister Patsy for Best Puppy in Breed! He is on fire and ended up with a 2nd in a big Puppy Stakes class too!
But star of the day, Erin and Soletrader Valentino Rossi, owned by Jane Brown, takes a Junior Handling class win! Ch Soletrader Louis Vuitton also took Best Veteran in Breed. A great day for #teamsoletrader
WELKS
The first outdoor show of the season and Soletrader had 4 entered. Magic Mike after a short break was on fire and came away with Hound Group 2 under Jan Pain, whilst his niece and nephews had their debut! Soletrader Stan Still, S. Freddie Mercury, and S. Patsy Kline had a fab day and being typical PBGV puppies they all enjoyed having their naughty moments. Freddie stole the day after winning Best Puppy Dog AND the days heat of a huge Puppy Dog Stakes! This year is going to be exciting!
CRUFTS 2019!!!!
Following his incredible show career in 2017 & 2018, and in his mother Jilly's, footsteps, Ch Soletrader Magic Mike and Sara take the CC under Linda Skerritt, the HOUND GROUP under Frank Kane, and RESERVE BEST IN SHOW under Dan Ericsson!!!! What a truly emotional show and a memorable one for all involved in #teamsoletrader!
Erin & Sophie (Ch Around Zlightly Different With Soletrader) had qualified during 2018 for the Young Kennel Club Stakes so had earned a place in the finals at Crufts where they came 2nd in a strong hound class - we're super proud!!
2019. A fab start!
Our first show of the year was Maidenhead Open Show where we took three of the Jilly babies! Paris won the breed and best puppy then won both the hound adult group and the puppy group! Nothing further for BIS or BPIS but all three showed and behaved impeccably!
The following weekend we headed out to Cheltenham Open Show with four of the youngsters. Venice won Puppy, Deli won Junior, Judi 2nd in Post Grad and Beatrix won Open and RBOB. Venice then went further to win the hound puppy group under Ken Andrew, and RESERVE BEST PUPPY IN SHOW under Phil Freer. Our youngsters are getting us just a little bit excited!
In other news, our Soletrader kennel has been awarded FIVE STARS following a recent licence inspection and we're thrilled!
